Distant Voices Group is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the film and television industry, which includes opening the door to minority groups looking for employment in the industry.

One of our main goals is to provide opportunities for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds to gain access to the industry and build their careers. We do this by offering training programs and workshops, as well as by working with industry partners to create more inclusive hiring practices and production processes.

We believe that increasing representation of minority groups in the industry is not only the right thing to do, but it also leads to better storytelling and more diverse and engaging content for audiences. We are committed to supporting individuals from all backgrounds to pursue their careers in film and television, and to building a more inclusive industry for everyone.
